Picnic site inspection and model making

The picnics we chose were located in the wetland near the river. The location was on the edge of the fields cultivated by farmers, where we could see apparent changes in plant species and the different levels of plant height achieved with varying levels of variety and topography. This kind of plant species and altitude change is exciting in visual effect. The direction I'm looking at is to influence between these different regional variations.

The location we chose was surrounded by urban buildings on all sides, starting from the site of the road, the topography from high to the lowest point on the bank, the plants growing at the most extreme climb to the road, and the walls on both sides grew high, And most of them are grown in the wild, not by people. Still, they are also influenced by human architecture. In their bodies, we can see changes in the growth of plants in the facilities made by humans, and they change because of the topography created by humans. At the same time, the tall appearance of these plants has succeeded in isolating roads, drawing out clear boundaries between cities and wetlands.

The terrain in the middle area is relatively flat, so people are farming here. Most plants we can observe here are agricultural rice and people's scaffolding. This area of the plant is mainly agricultural; they are relatively single species, and the mark of artificial cultivation is more prominent.

Our picnic point is near the river bank, which is low-lying and too close to the river bank. Due to the river water level change, most unplanned plants here are mainly low weeds and ferns. This area is less affected by human planning, and they have more plants. At the same time, because the plants are growing low, we can see the river bank and the distant urban background very clearly and visually, providing us with better support. At the same time, due to the changes in plant height and topography from the outside and inside, we can see that the different levels between artificial plants and natural plants provide a relatively rich visual experience, so this site is a better picnic point.

As for the production of the potted model, I took the local riverside moss at the picnic point to simulate the low plant environment as the base of the model, and at the same time, according to the flowerpot, the soil and soil topography simulation, According to the bonsai from left to right, the terrain is from high to low to simulate the environment near the picnic point, and at the far left, depending on the position of the pot wall, placing a relatively high level of moss on the left, which is used to simulate the plant environment near the edge of the road. At the same time, the outermost area is redirected to relatively low ferns to affect trees near our picnic site. Using relatively high-growth weeds in the middle area to affect crops to reflect the changes in wetland plant species and plant height to simulate the visual effects we see at the picnic.

I tried to make a cup with a longer, slender smell cup to produce a teacup. Such a cup is often used to taste wulong tea, which has a good insulation effect and can let the heat of tea stay for some time; the drinker can also hold the neck of the cup in warm hands for a while. Second, the smell of tea fragrance is slow, which can let the drinker enjoy the taste. In the process of making cups, I fully realized how the cup shape matches our hands and how to make the most comfortable cup type according to our hands, so I feel the close connection between the cup and the size of the person and how to make it better play, to make the function of character tea.

For the production of collage, I tried to use modern art paintings of farmland and grassland to distinguish different plant types in different areas, and at the same time, I used modern paintings of thatched hut fences and plants on the fences to show the relationship between human traces and environmental factors that I found, to show our findings and the interaction between factors inside and outside the wetland.
