Topographic selection of the site
During the investigation of the site during this period, I found that the phenomenon of objects relying on subjects in the site was a significant feature. From a macro perspective, the site historically belonged to an agricultural area and was in the process of being gradually occupied by wasteland and industrial buildings as objects. From the microscopic point of view, wild plants grow as objects relying on abandoned artificial facilities. The reason why this phenomenon appears in a large number of sites is that this area is in the process of gradual change, and this phenomenon of object attachment to the subject is defined as parasitism. At the same time, in this site, it is also a concrete embodiment of the historical process of site function change. As can be seen from this chart, the function of the site is changing from agriculture and residence to wasteland and industrial land. And this process is continuing. To build the building on this site, I will use the theme of parasiism as a bridge to connect the original agricultural land and the gradually expanding wasteland, so that users can experience the neglected wasteland and feel the different functions and levels of the site.
In terms of site selection, although the teahouse belongs to the public space, users need to be provided with full privacy and quiet environment experience. In view of the factories and roads existing in the site, I have listed this chart to reflect the areas that receive noise and odor pollution in the site. It can be seen that the junction of the right side receives less pollution than that of the left side. More suitable for construction projects. At the same time, the area I chose, surrounded by life weeds and natural shading from the view formed by wooden frame plants, provides users with enough privacy experience. At the same time, through the site model, we can know that the geographical position of this area is high, with a good line of sight, overlooking the entire farmland and water.
Therefore, regarding the concept of architectural type, stone-slab bridge is the most common object form in the local agricultural area, which is also in line with our intention of thinking about architecture. I want to take the bridge as the basic intention, with the local small square device, and design the teahouse as a scattered and small square connecting facility. I have not carefully considered the specific design due to the change of design ideas
